Sometimes 'Manana' is not really good enough.

Nowadays, everyone has a computer in their home or office and often they prove themselves to be stubborn little beasts that refuse to do what you tell them. And the people you ask to fix them don't seem to understand you, don't speak English and even when they do, baffle you with technical words.

When you are living away from home, your computer is your most important communication tool. You don't want to wait three weeks for it to be repaired, or to have it returned to you with all your photos and documents missing.

I have been a British IT engineer for more than thirty-five years. Ninety per cent of the repairs I do are completed in your home in less than twenty-four hours. Your data files will be safe with me.

If you are not sure how to do something, or which reply to give to one of those little windows (e.g. OK or CANCEL), just call me any time for free advice. Often things can be fixed over the phone without the need for a visit.
